Spiral technology

AGF’s spiral freezers come with both plastic and metal belting options to meet different production requirements. Modular plastic belting provides a more hygienic and durable solution, resistant to moisture and corrosion. Used for food freezing, cooling, or proofing, the plastic belting is designed for efficiency, smooth and reliable product orientation, cleanability, and easy maintenance.

Belting

PLC and HMI systems optimize the freezer’s performance, reliability, and user experience. PLCs provide automation and precise control of temperature and defrost cycles, while HMIs offer intuitive interfaces for monitoring, adjustments, and real-time information.

Control Panel

Electrical drive technology offers efficient and precise control of motor speed and conveyor movement. By utilizing electric motors, power electronics, and control systems, it enables optimal freezing conditions, ensures smooth product flow, and enhances energy efficiency.
